Perlite Paints was established to demonstrate that performance and environmental responsibility are not mutually exclusive. Our coatings leverage the natural fire resistance and thermal properties of expanded perlite to create products that outperform conventional paints while eliminating harmful VOC emissions entirely.

Technical Performance

Independent testing shows our FireShield Interior coating achieves Class A1 fire rating, delaying flame spread by up to 45 minutes compared to standard emulsion paints. Our ThermalSkin exterior system reduces surface temperature on sun-facing walls by up to 14°C, measurably cutting HVAC loads in hot climates.

Sustainability

All Perlite Paints products are zero-VOC, certified for use in schools, hospitals, and homes. Our manufacturing process recycles 94% of process water. In 2024, we offset 100% of our Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions, becoming one of the first paint manufacturers in the region to achieve verified carbon neutrality.
