We operate quarrying, crushing, and thermal expansion facilities that process raw volcanic perlite ore into the expanded form used by industries worldwide. Our material is the foundation for every product across the group.
Processing & Quality
Our expansion plants operate at precisely controlled temperatures between 850°C and 900°C, producing expanded perlite with consistent density grades from 80 to 150 kg/m³. Every batch is tested for particle size distribution, moisture content, and thermal conductivity before dispatch.
Applications
Beyond the group’s internal supply, our material serves external clients in horticulture (growing media), filtration (beer and wine clarification), and refractory manufacturing. Annual production capacity exceeds 180,000 tonnes of expanded product.
